Letter of Recommendation for Victoria Igorevna Drozdova.
Victoria enrolled in the Department of Music at Moscow State Pedagogical University in 2002 and graduated in 2007. Throughout this time, Victoria was my student in pianoforte and demonstrated great dedication to her studies, as well as diligence.
As part of her coursework, Victoria actively participated in concerts, festivals, and competitions at various levels. For her successes in these performances she was awarded academic credentials and certificates of commendation. In 2002 she was awarded an honorary certificate for her successful participation in a festival dedicated to the 130-year anniversary of the founding of MSPU.
Twice, Victoria was awarded first place in the Festos 2005 Student Competition in the categories “Classical Instrumental Music” and “Choir”. For her participation in Festos 2007 she won accolades in the “Classical Instrumental Music” and “Classical Instrumental Music Ensemble” categories.
During the course of her studies Victoria actively participated in lectures and concerts, performing and teaching at secondary education schools and community organizations, for which she was awarded letters of appreciation. Victoria has also displayed interests in academic research. Her focus in these regards is on Sergei Prokofiev.
After graduating and while working as a teacher at the Center for Child Development No. 2336 in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, she placed first in the Professional Pedagogical Competition for Young Specialists “Generation of the Future – 2009.”
For many years now I have known Victoria to be an interesting, truly singular individual, and wish to note her intelligence, creative approach to work, her wide range of interests and enthusiasm for all her endeavors.
